Bellevue School District Issues Illegal Quarantine Order

Today (September 17, 2021) Bellevue School District violated its own covid policy by issuing a broad based quarantine order with insufficient facts and based solely on information provided by a private entity.  Click here for our letter advising the school district that if it does not correct this action we will initiate a lawsuit and seek an injunction to stop its illegal, interference with students' constitution right to a public education.
