New Civil Rules, Washington State Bar Association

The Supreme Court recently adopted new Civil Rules regulating discovery.  I was pleased to have been a Governor on the Washington State Bar Association and after many complaints about discovery abuses and investigations into those matters, was tapped to headed a task force to draft proposed Civil Rule changes to attempt to cure some of those issues.  Below is a direct link as well as a  .pdf to my article published in the State Bar journal with the gracious assistance of staff who assisted with editing.
