The Supreme Court recently adopted new Civil Rules regulating discovery. I was pleased to have been a Governor on the Washington State Bar Association and after many complaints about discovery abuses and investigations into those matters, was tapped to headed a task force to draft proposed Civil Rule changes to attempt to cure some of those issues.
