
Lincoln hails from Federal Way in South King County. He worked as a law clerk with the firm beginning in 2023 until he was sworn in as an attorney with the state in October 2024. Since joining, he has worked on contractual and property disputes and personal injury for both plaintiffs and defense, including some that were catastrophic.
While at Seattle University, he was part of the Black Law Students Association. At the Western Regional Constance Baker Motley Mock Trial Competition, the team took first place, qualified for nationals, and he won the award for Best Advocate. He helped found the Plaintiffs' Law Association, designed to increase the knowledge and awareness of plaintiff litigation throughout law schools. He also served as the Executive Editor for the Seattle Journal for Environmental Innovation and Technology Law.
During his law school and first year as an attorney, he coached the girls' basketball team at his alma mater, Kennedy Catholic High School in Burien.
